### Sending Bulk Email Notifications in Plesk
Plesk allows you to send bulk email notifications to your resellers and customers. This feature is useful for communicating important information, such as scheduled server maintenance or new service offerings. You can either create notifications from scratch or use message templates for repeated use.
**Creating a Message Template:**
1. Go to `Tools & Settings` > `Mass Email Messages`.
2. Click `Add Mass Email Template`.
3. Enter the details and content for your template.
**Sending a Bulk Email Notification:**
1. Go to `Tools & Settings` > `Mass Email Messages`.
2. Click `Send Mass Email`.
3. Choose to base your notification on an existing template or create a new one from scratch.
4. If desired, save the notification as a new message template for future use.
**Note:** You can use the `<name>` placeholder in the body of the email to personalize the message. This placeholder will be replaced with the recipient’s contact name, as specified in their profile. The placeholder cannot be used in the email header.
