### Monitoring Plesk User Sessions
To view current Plesk user sessions:
1. **Navigate to**: Tools & Settings > Active Plesk Sessions.
2. **Details Displayed**:
- **Type**: Type of Plesk user (e.g., Server Administrator, Reseller or Customer, Mailbox Owner).
- **Login**: Username of the logged-in user.
- **IP Address**: IP address from which Plesk is accessed.
- **Logon Time**: Date and time when the user logged in.
- **Idle Time**: Duration of inactivity while logged in.
3. **Actions**:
- **Refresh**: Click to update the list of active sessions.
- **End a Session**: Select the checkbox next to the session, click **Remove**, confirm the removal, and click **OK**.
### Monitoring FTP User Sessions
To view active FTP sessions, ensure that one of the following FTP server programs is installed on your hosting server:
- Gene6 FTP Server (Windows hosting)
- Serv-U FTP Server (Windows hosting)
- ProFTPd (Linux/UNIX hosting)
1. **Navigate to**: Tools & Settings > Active FTP Sessions.
2. **Details Displayed**:
- **Type**: Type of FTP user (e.g., registered user, anonymous user, website administrator, web user).
- **Status**: Current status of the FTP connection.
- **FTP User Login**: Username used for FTP access.
- **Domain Name**: Domain the FTP user is connected to.
- **Current Location**: Directory the FTP user is in.
- **File Name**: Name of the file being operated on.
- **Speed**: Transfer speed in kilobytes.
- **Progress**: File transfer progress percentage.
- **IP Address**: IP address of the FTP user.
- **Logon Time**: Time elapsed since login.
- **Idle Time**: Duration of inactivity.
3. **Actions**:
- **Refresh**: Click to update the list of FTP sessions.
- **End a Session**: Select the checkbox next to the session and click **Remove**.
### Monitoring Terminal Server Connections (Windows)
To view current Terminal Server sessions:
1. **Navigate to**: Tools & Settings > Active Terminal Services Sessions.
2. **Details Displayed**:
- **Status**: Current state of the terminal session (e.g., connected and logged in, connected but not logged in, disconnected).
- **Name**: Name of the terminal session.
- **User**: Username of the terminal session user.
3. **Actions**:
- **Refresh**: Click to update the list of terminal sessions.
- **Disconnect a Session**: Select the checkbox next to the session and click **Disconnect**, confirm the disconnection, and click **OK**.
- **Log Out a Session**: Select the checkbox next to the session and click **Log Out**, confirm the log out, and click **OK**.
