Specific Parts: Need just files, databases, or emails? Choose options like "Backup Home Directory" or "Backup Databases".
Full Website Backup:
Click "Download a Full Account Backup" (or similar).
Pick a location within cPanel to save the backup file (often the home directory).
Partial Backup:
Choose the specific part you need (e.g., files, databases).
Follow any instructions to select what to include in the backup.
Pick a location within cPanel to save the backup file.
Click "Generate Backup" (or "Download") to start downloading. It might take a while for a full backup.
Once downloaded, transfer the backup to your computer using an FTP client or the cPanel file manager (if available).
