To restore the Partial backup through cpanel please follow the below steps:
There are two ways to restore the Partial backup:
1: Open the Cpanel with the login details you have received on your registered mail.
2: Under FILE section you will get an option named as "BACKUP WIZARD".
3: Once you click on it you will get the two options: BACKUP/RESTORE, you need to click on RESTORE.
4: Once you click on it you will get option to restore the Home directory and the Mysql database.
5: Once you clicked on both you will get option to select the file which you have downloaded in your system once you select the file,it will start uploading into the cpanel.
6: Once it done all your data will be restored back in your panel.
NOTE: This method is applicable only when your backup file is below 1 GB
