To import Database from PHPMyadmin please follow the below steps:
1: Open the cpanel with the login link and the details which you have received on your registered mail id.
2: Under the DATABASES section you can find the option "PHPMyAdmin" option, click on it.
3: Once you enter the PHPMyAdmin panel you just need to click on the database name that you want to Import.
4: When you click on it the option on right corner named as" IMPORT " will come just click on it and then you will get an option to select the file from the local system to upload under your database name.
