MAIL going to SPAM??

To stop the mail for going to spam please follow the below steps:

 

1: The reason that mails are going to spam is that your "SPF"records are not enabled in your cpanel, to enable the SPF records login to your cpanel.

 

2:Once you logged into the Cpanel with the login details you have received on your registered mail, under the EMAIL section there option named as" AUTHENTICATION".

3: Once you click on the AUTHENTICATION option you will see the  DKIM and SPF records  enable/disable option, from there you need to enable your SPF as well as DKIM records.

4: once you enabled the SPF records your emails will start coming to inbox after 3-4 hours.
