To know how to solve the issue of 550 SMTP block error in sending emails please follow the below steps:
1: The reason for this error is generally the bulk emailing from your any particular email account has been done from your end.
2: Due to bulk emails your emails has been blocked from the server end you can check the email which caused this issue from the option under "EMAIL SECTION" named as "UNBLOCK EMAIL".
3: Once you click on the UNBLOCK OPTION you will see the email which is blocked from the server end to unlock it you need to follow the below steps and then click on the ACTIVATE button at bottom of unblock email option to sen the unblock request of the email.
Steps to be followed before clicking on ACTIVATE button :
- Change the password of your emails account and make any strong password for them.
- Remove the email which is blocked from the script which you are using to send email.
- Scan your cpanel from the virus scaner option in cpanel and remove the infected files from your cpanel
