To solve this " ERROR ESTABLISHING CONNECTION" please follow the below steps:
1: This error you got when there is no connection between your Database and the user of Database, So firstly you need to check the database name and the user name in your file named as "wp-config.php."
2: Then you need to match it with the data base name and the user in "MYSQL DATABASE" option in Cpanel.
3: Then you need to Connect both database and the user with each other by clicking on ADD button under the option MYSQL DATABASES.
4: Once they will be connected with each other the error of your site will disappear.
