1. Filezilla Ask for Hostname, Username and password.
- You will get the hostname in your email which you got from Globehost when you purchase the hosting with SUBJECT of "New Account Information".
- For username and password, you have to use the same credentials as of your cPanel.

If your FTP program is not connecting properly, here are some possible reasons:
1. Your firewall could be blocking it.
2. Make sure you have the IP address in your welcome email for hostname (only the numbers don't add ftp, www or anything else).
3. Make sure your username and password are the same as your control panel username and password.
4. Some FTP programs require a path in order to connect. Your path would be /home/YOURUSERNAME/public_html
5. Also carefully copy the username and password (Don't copy space along with that).
