To create the "Database and Database User" in Cpanel please follow the below steps:
1: Open your c-panel, click on "MySQL Databases" option under " Databases" Section.
2: Give the "Name" to your Database under "Create New Database" section and click on "Create".
3: After that you can create the "User" for your Database under "MySQL Users" section and give any "Password" to Authenticate it and click on "Create User".
4: You can create the connection between both the "Database and the User" under "Add Users to Database" section by clicking on "Add" button.
