To "Scan the Infected" files in your C-panel please follow the below steps:
1: Login to your C-panel, click on the "VIRUS SCANNER" option under "Advanced section".
2: Under this Option you will get the following options to Scan:
- Scan Mail : To scan the entire Mails.
- Scan Home Directory: To Scan entire Files.
- Scan Public Web Space: To Scan the PUBLIC_HTML Directory.
- Scan Public FTP Space: To Scan the PUBLIC_FTP Directory.
3: Once the scan will complete the infected files will appear and you can choose any of the below Action on the Infected files:
- Quarantine: This option will move your infected files separately under your "Home Directory" inside the folder name as "quarantine_clamavconnector".
- Destroy: This option will Permanently delete you infected files (NOTE: Do not delete directly may they will be important for your website)
- Ignore: This option will Ignore the infected files and they will remain unchange.
