How to solve HTTP 500 Error on website?

To solve the HTTP 500 Error please follow the below steps:

 

1: This issue you will face when your server PORTS are blocked due to Virus.

 

2: You can check the status of your PORT from the option in C-panel named as " Port Block Check " , if your Ports will be blocked then you need to Follow the below steps to unblock them:

 

  • Search for the option "Virus Scanner" in C-panel.
  • Then you need to scan the "Home Directory" in end of Scan you will get the infected files.
  • You need to first Take backup of those infected files and Destroy them from the C-panel and scan those infected files with the local System virus scanner and re-upload them.
  • Once All infected files will removed from the Panel Just search the Option in C-panel "Port Block Check" and update the request for unblock by clicking on UNBLOCK option.
  • Once You done with the above steps your Ports will be unblocked within 24 hours.
