To Instant Transfer of backup form one cpanel to another please follow the below steps:
1: Open the cpanel with the credentials you have received on your registered email id.
2: Click on the option "BACKUP WIZARD" Under FILES section.
3: Once you click on it you will get the two options: BACKUP/RESTORE, you need to click on BACKUP.
4: After clicking on the BACKUP option you will get more two options FULL BACKUP/PARTIAL BACKUP, You need to click on the FULL BACKUP.
5: : Once you click on it then you will get some options to fillup under "Generate a Full Backup", In Backup Destination you need to choose the "REMOTE FTP SERVER".
6: Then fillup the information like new server IP, New cpanel user/password, Port: 21, Remote directory you can keep empty.
7: Now after maximum 3-4 hours backup will be generated at new Cpanel and you can extract the files and restore the backup
