To Export Database from PHPMyadmin please follow the below steps:
1: Open the cpanel with the login link and the details which you have received on your registered mail id.
2: Under the DATABASES section you can find the option "PHPMyAdmin" option, click on it.
3: Once you enter the PHPMyAdmin panel you just need to click on the database name that you want to Export.
4: When you click on it the option on right corner named as" EXPORT" will come just click on it and then you will get can Select the format which will be in .sql always.
5: And you can select any of Export method out of Quick export or Custom Export once you done click on GO.
