You may experience connectivity issues like an increase in latency, packet loss, time-out and slow speed while accessing services hosted on the US servers via Airtel and other ISPs[dot] Multiple undersea cable system offering internet traffic towards Europe & USA from India is affected[dot] The fault has been identified in the sub-sea portion of the Mumbai-Gulf route impacting Internet Services across India and neighboring countries[dot]


Please note that the issue is from the Internet Service Provider and is not pertaining to any Hosting or Email servers in specific[dot] Hence this would be out of our control and the best option for us right now is to wait till the cable cut is fixed and the connectivity is restored[dot]
