Current State: Identified
The issue was caused by the DST Root CA X3 certificate that is used in the chain of trust for Let's Encrypt got expired[dot]

Currently, the Lets Encrypt team is working on this to fix the issue on priority[dot] We will update this thread with additional information once available[dot]
